Setup
Each player receives a principality board with numbered hexagonal regions.
Place the available tiles in the central supply according to the dice.
Deal five workers and starting scoring tokens to each player.
Determine turn order and hand the first player marker accordingly.
TURN STRUCTURE
Roll both dice, choose valid actions according to the values, and execute up to two actions per turn.

Put a tile on a region of your principality with the same value

Move a good along the trade network
