Sky Team

An exclusive cooperative for 2 players where one acts as pilot and the other as co-pilot. You must land a commercial aircraft managing tilt, speed, landing gear and air traffic — with almost no communication once the dice are rolled.

Setup

  • Place the control panel in the centre of the table.

  • Set the altitude marker to 6,000 feet.

  • Set the speed and aerodynamics markers to their initial positions.

  • Place the brake marker to the left of 2.

  • Assign roles: one player is the pilot (blue dice and screen) and the other the co-pilot (orange dice and screen).

  • Each player places their screen in front to hide their dice.

  • Set up the approach path with the air traffic plane markers.

ROUND STRUCTURE

  • The game lasts a maximum of 7 rounds. Each round has three phases: Discussion, Dice Placement and End of Round.

DISCUSSION

  • Before rolling, talk freely about strategy without mentioning specific values. Once each player has rolled their 4 dice behind their screen, absolute silence until the end of the round.

DICE PLACEMENT

Pilot

Places dice on blue spaces

Co-pilot

Places dice on orange spaces

Artificial horizon

Mandatory every round — the difference between dice tilts the plane

Engines

Mandatory every round — the sum sets speed and advance along the approach path

OPTIONAL SPACES

Radio

Removes an air traffic plane at the value shown by the die

Landing gear

Activates gear; moves the blue aerodynamics marker

Flaps

Deploys in order; moves the orange aerodynamics marker

Concentration

Generates coffee tokens to adjust a die value by ±1

Brakes

Reduces speed in the landing round; activated in order

END OF ROUND

  • The plane descends 1,000 feet and players retrieve their dice. If it reaches the airport level, the final landing round is played.

Victory conditions

  • No aircraft markers on the approach path.

  • All flaps and landing gear showing green.

  • Artificial horizon perfectly level.

  • Speed below the brake marker.

  • If the plane tilts too far, collides with traffic or overshoots the runway, you lose immediately.
