Dnup
A fast and addictive card game where cards don't keep their value for long. Play sets, steal your rivals' cards and flip your entire hand to change everything at once. Easier to play than to pronounce.

Setup
Shuffle all cards and deal them evenly among players.
The player holding the starred 1/5 card starts the round.
Cards left on the table from the previous round are discarded to the center.
ROUND STRUCTURE
At the start of your turn, discard the set in front of you (it goes to the central discard). Then take ONE of these actions:
AVAILABLE ACTIONS
Play a set
Place one or more cards of the same value in front of you. It must beat any set of the same size already on the table.
Add a card
Add a matching card to a rival's set, increasing its size. The new set must beat any sets of its new size.
Steal a set
Take an entire set from a rival. Rotate all those cards 180° and add them to your hand. Their values change.
Flip your hand
Rotate all cards in your hand 180° simultaneously. All values change. Your turn ends immediately.
THE KEY: FLIPPING CARDS
Each card has a different value on each side (e.g. 3 on top and 8 on the bottom). When a rival steals your set or you flip your hand, all values change. A bad hand can become a good one, and vice versa.
END OF ROUND
The round ends when a player empties their hand. That player earns a letter token. Collect all cards, shuffle and deal again for the next round.
Victory conditions
The first player to collect all 4 letter tokens (D-N-U-P) wins.
At the end of each round, the player who emptied their hand first earns one letter token.
