Setup
Place the Earth cards forming the horizontal axis: on the left the worthless card and, towards the right, the rest in descending order.
On the worthless card, form the vertical axis with the Altitude cards in ascending order from bottom to top: this creates the L-shaped airspace.
Shuffle the Balloon deck and place 3 cards in the airspace, respecting their maximum altitude.
Deal 3 Globus cards to each player to form their starting hand.
GOAL
Help land as many hot air balloons as possible over the skies of Kapadokya. Whoever scores the most points with the balloons that have landed wins.
PREPARATION OF THE AIR SPACE
The Earth cards form the horizontal axis (to the left the square with no value and to the right the rest in descending order) and the Altitude cards form the vertical axis in ascending order, creating an L-shaped grid where the balloons will fly.
A PLAYER'S TURN
Fly
Play a Balloon card from your hand in any row that does not exceed its maximum altitude (between 100 and 500). The card enters from the left of the row and moves the cards that were already there to the right
Land
If in any column there are enough balloons of the same color lined up and visible from below (without any balloons of another color blocking the view), according to the minimum indicated by the Land card in that column, you keep all the balloons in that column and add them to your score pile
Steal
Draw cards from the deck until you have 3 cards in your hand again
THE JODDLES
Multi-colored balloons can fly at any altitude and count to form landing columns, but do not contribute points to the final tally.
END OF GAME AND SCORE
The game ends when the deck of Globus cards is exhausted, including those remaining in the players' hand.
Landing balloons
Add up the value (from 100 to 500, depending on the maximum altitude indicated on the balloon) of all the balloons you have landed
Wildcards
They do not add points, even if they were part of a landed column
Tie breaker
In the event of a tie, whoever has the fewest wildcards among their landed balloons wins
