Setup
Each player chooses a villain and takes their individual board, Villain deck, and Fate deck.
Each player shuffles their Villain deck and places it in the designated zone on their personal board.
All Fate decks are shuffled together into a single shared central pile.
Deal 4 starting cards from the Villain deck to each player. The player who most recently acted in a villainous way goes first.
Rules
On your turn, move your villain to a location on your board and activate available actions: play cards, draw cards, gain power, or use Fate against a rival.
The Fate action lets you draw a card from the central pile and play it against any rival, adding heroes or obstacles that will hinder their progress.
Each villain has unique abilities and restrictions that change how they can play their cards.
Victory conditions
The first player to fully complete their unique objective wins: Maleficent must put Aurora to sleep and prevent her from being awakened; Captain Hook must defeat Peter Pan; the Queen of Hearts must execute all characters in her realm.
